Highlighting three women behind the scenes in fashion, showcasing their contributions while examining the lack of female creative direction in womenswear, followed by a photostory exploring how women are pushed out of girlhood and imagination.

Exploring the role of mentorship among six women in the fashion industry, this project looks at how guidance and shared experience shape creative careers behind the scenes while revealing the quiet networks that help women navigate an often exclusive industry.
